Within the Tarpon Point Marina development, there are three distinct residential developments. Tarpon Gardens is a gated community of quadruplex buildings with two condos up and two down. Tarpon Estates is a gated community of single family homes. Tarpon Landings is a high rise community within the gates of the Tarpon Point Marina development, which includes a Westin Hotel with its own restaurant and bar, two additional restaurants, a spa, and several other shops.
